Deborah Clawson grew up in the Denver Metro area and now lives in Silverthorne with her husband, three children and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and being involved with her children’s various activities, but occasionally relaxes by binging Netflix.

Having a strong background in hospitality gives Deborah the ability to work well with people from all over the world. She truly understands the importance of listening and understanding her client’s wants and needs. Her experience in Corporate Accounting also provides extensive knowledge of financial documents and understanding of how important it is to be detailed in client communication, as well as writing contracts. In an effort to balance flexibility and viable income for a then, stay at home mom, Deborah launched a successful real estate career in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2012, where she received multiple brokerage and realtor Board awards.

After three successful years as a new broker and a strong desire to return to colorful Colorado, Deborah took a leap of faith to answer the call of the mountains. In 2015, she partnered with Doyle Richmond, becoming an expert in Summit County Real Estate and the mountain lifestyle. She provides the highest level of service, a serious eye for detail and genuine care for her clients. Together, Doyle and Deborah consistently rank in the top 1% of Brokers in all of Summit County, a testament of their dedication to provide buyers and sellers with the best possible service and to ensure that the experience is easy and enjoyable. In the last five years, she has been involved in over 250 transactions totaling over $220 million.
